I sent Joel a series of "persistant" complaining emails (an order I'd placed was delayed, as it turns out, due to a number of causes beyond Joel's control).
I had hoped that my package would be expedited to me.

Guess what happened. Joel took time out of a very busy schedule to call me personally and apologize for the delay. Now that seemed way beyond the call of duty, to me, and I was happy to accept that and wait patiently for my order to come. But Joel spent nearly an hour of his time, kindly enquiring into my circumstances and aspirations.

By the time we hung up, I'd rec'd what was literally at least $500 worth of free, brilliant consulting from one of the top internet marketing minds in the business. And more.

I have never seen that kind of commitment to customers, even pesty ones, from anyone, online or off. Needless to say, I'm very impressed by the personal integrity and marketing knowledge of Joel Christopher.
