For now, I'd like to share with you one more of my New Year's RESOLUTIONS:

*To have EVEN MORE quality time with my family DAILY!*

It's not that I don't spend enough quality time with them, I actually do.
On a DAILY basis...but I want even MORE time with them.

Because, the bottomline at the end of the day is...
they're really the MOST important part of my life.

I've successfully cut down on my speaking and travels (without my
family) in the last 2 years so I've been home with my family most
of the time...

Whenever I travelled for business in the past 2 years, it's rare that I
didn't bring them with me. I even started a "Marketing Cruise" just to
be able to take them with me and mixing business, family and pleasure
;-}

This year, I've resolved to cut down my daily time spent in business
(while I'm home) by at least an HOUR and spend that EXTRA hour
playing with Simone and Anton...

I actually started this resolution as early as last month.

In every resolution, there must be a PLAN of ACTION
so here's my 3-pronged plan this year:

* 1) Delegate more work to my personal assistants

- I hired 2 personal assistants last year and this month,
I'm actually hiring another one

* 2) Outsource more work to my trained team of virtual assistants

- My MLB Mentor team and I trained quite a few assistants in
the last 4 months and I'm partnering with an outsource
company in my home country to train and hire eventually
hundreds of them.

* 3) Focus on more RESIDUAL (PASSIVE) REVENUES

- what I'm rolling out on 1-23-07 will have a 'passive' revenue
aspect to it

- I already started getting more into "residual revenue model"
last year and I'll do more of it this year including Google
Adsense.

YOU can also resolve to have MORE time for yourself, your family,
your friends and whomever you want to spend more quality time with.

may not yet be applicable to you because most of you are just
starting out and can't afford to have a personal assistant or

"LAUGHTER: Today's MasterListBuilder GIFT of The Day":

Someone sent me this funny story and I thought it would
make you smile so I'm sharing it with you here....

"The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a
yeast infection and trauma complications from
repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin.

Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their
respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack,
the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess
Twinkies & Captain Crunch.

The grave site was piled high with flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described
Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later
life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered
a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on
half-baked schemes.

Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty
old man & was considered a roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough,
two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus
they had one in the oven. He is also survived
by his elderly father, Pop Tart.

The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

If this made you smile for even a brief second,
please rise to the occasion and take time to
pass it on and share that smile with someone
else who kneads it."

in the past 14 years now. I didn't really know about
the term until I went on a trade mission to my home country,
the Philippines, this past summer...

I read an article on Muhammad Yunus: The "Banker To The Poor" while I was on flight to Manila from a neighboring island.

According to www.Ashoka.org, an organization that shares
the stories of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs and
supports the transformation of the citizen sector:

"Social entrepreneurs are individuals with innovative
solutions to society’s most pressing social problems.
They are ambitious and persistent, tackling major social
issues and offering new ideas for wide-scale change.

Rather than leaving societal needs to the government
or business sectors, social entrepreneurs find what
is not working and solve the problem by changing the
system, spreading the solution, and persuading entire
societies to take new leaps.

Social entrepreneurs often seem to be possessed by
their ideas, committing their lives to changing the
direction of their field. They are both visionaries
and ultimate realists, concerned with the practical
implementation of their vision above all else.

Each social entrepreneur presents ideas that are
user-friendly, understandable, ethical, and engage

Happy Thanksgiving Day to you wherever you live.

Today is a day that we, in the U.S., celebrate
every year to give thanks for all the things
that we have, all the people that we know and
all the blessings we've received...

This year has been a especially wonderful year
for me and my family. Every single day, I count
the many blessings we've received as a family.

It is my sincerest hope that you can say the same thing for yours.

The mere fact that we can interactively communicate
this way is something that we all have to be thankful
for but unfortunately many of us take for granted.

Yesterday, in the middle of the day, my 4-year
old daughter Simone wanted to watch the movie
"Happy Feet" - a wonderful movie about family,
gratitude and how one penguin made a difference
and changed his world...

Great funny, happy and moving movie I highly
recommend you watch with your whole family.

Reminded me of my all-time favorite movie "Gandhi"
which I watched again (for the 4th time) last week
while waiting for Sheila's turn to give birth to
our son.

"Gandhi" is a true story of how one man on a mission gave birth
to a new nation and changed his country & transformed the world.

New thing for YOU

Back in May of 2002, I was interviewed at a live
teleseminar and asked the question:

'What do you predict to be the next NEW thing

It was an unscripted call and the question surprised me

The NEXT MasterListBuilder?

I've been getting quite a lot of emails and phone calls
asking me the following questions...

'Joel, I heard that you're retiring soon,
is that true?'

'In a recent interview you said that you plan on moving
to other BIGGER & BETTER projects in 2007. Who's going
to be the next MasterListBuilder?'

'Joel, who is going to take your torch [business and brand]
and keep running with it?'

'How successful was your recent Birthday Blowout 2
Campaign? What's next for you?',

I'll answer them (partly) starting with the last question.

It's true, the most recent birthdayblowout.com project
was very successful. In fact we're paying out more than
$45,000 in commissions and bonuses this week.

Not bad for a short 12-day campaign of a very low ticket
front end item with a low-to-medium ticket back end product,
isn't it?

I know many would have liked to be part of this
very successful campaign yet they were too late!

We're you among the lucky ones?

As for the other questions...
All I can say is that my Inner Circle Team and I are
now planning on a 'MAJOR' project to be launched in
the very early part of 2007.

Although it's a mega-project, we will only
be doing joint ventures to a very select
few people in our lists.

This 'major' project will answer the first
3 questions above so I prefer to answer those
later when I'm ready :-}

I can't say much about it for now but I'll be
laying out the MASTER PLAN next weekend at the
LIVE, Interactive, Hands-On MasterListBuilder

This will be our final fun shop this year and it
will be quite a l-o-n-g while before we do another
fun shop since we're working on this 'major' project
now and will launch it in early 2007.

I just got back from a much-needed vacation.

How To Share & Profit From Your Passions

Dr. Ron Capps, a.k.a "The NicheProf" shows people on the
Internet how they can profit from their passions. In
addition to showing you how you can profit from your
passions, Ron has had his own niche websites online
since 1994.

I first met Ron at my MasterListBuilder Funshop in
San Antonio this past May. Since our first meeting,
as a member of my Gold Coaching Program, I have had
the opportunity to work with Ron in a variety of
environments and have observed his approach to the
Internet.

I have been impressed with his knowledge of the Internet
and his willingness to share what he knows with others.

Ron has been an award winning salesperson, manager
and professor for nearly 40 years. He provides you
with the unique perspective of someone that has made
the transition from a successful career in the
traditional business world to a successful career
in today’s virtual world of the Internet.

Let me share a little background about Ron...

Ron grew up in a family who from a very early age,
demanded that he learn to work and earn for himself
the things he wanted.

In fact, by the time he was 12 he had a shoeshine
stand in a local barbershop and he's been working
for the past 46 years. While working his way through
college in the 1960’s, Ron dropped out to serve in the
U.S.Army during the Viet Nam Conflict.

Following a medical discharge, Ron accepted a position
with W. Clement Stone’s Hearthstone Insurance Company
and began to internalize Stone’s “The Success System
That Never Fails” and the writings of Napoleon Hill
and Og Mandino.

Ron built upon that foundation to become one of the
top Porche salespeople in the United State in the
early 1970’s; recognized as award winning agent with
the nation’s largest health and disability insurance
company and was featured in publications for his work
with and commitment to our senior citizens.

By the end of the decade, Ron had returned to the
auto industry as a General Manager and was named
one of the nation’s outstanding managers for
dealerships of this size.

After taking a dealership group to an unexpected
level of success and profitability, his buy-sell
agreement was broken and Ron decided to return to
college to complete his degree and to have an
academic foundation to go with his “real world”
success.

In less than four years, Ron completed his undergraduate
degree, Masters Degree and Doctorate. During the process,
he served as a consultant to the Associated Press, Copy
Editor for the University Paper, Directed the Community
Educational Outreach Program for non-traditional students,
was named Outstanding Graduate

Researcher, Cited by Who’s Who, taught the Honors Level
Public Speaking courses at LSU, and completed, what is
believed to be, the first Doctoral Dissertation using a
personal computer and commercially available software
to analyze the language and lyrics of the late Harry Chapin.

Ron accepted a position as an Assistant Professor of
Communication in the University of Wisconsin System.
While there he served on numerous academic and community
boards and commissions; he served as the assistant to
the Dean of The College of Business, Industry and
Communication and was named by a national foundation
as one of 45 outstanding undergraduate educators in
the United States.

Family obligations prompted his return to the west coast
and he obtained his license as a California Real Estate
Broker and assumed the Vice Presidency of a Mortgage
Brokerage, eventually he established his own real estate
company, served on the board of the local Multiple Listing
Service and was honored as the top mortgage brokerage in
northern California in 1994.

A family crisis prompted the closure of his businesses
and Ron began a gradual transition to a fulltime commitment
to the Internet. Ron’s first online venture was a website
for his youngest son’s nationally acclaimed high school
jazz bands.

This was shortly followed by his personal niche website
dedicated to jazz music and it rapidly became one of the
most popular jazz Web sites on the Internet.

During the transition period, Ron assumed the position
of Internet Coordinator and Inventory Control Manager
for a large NYSE traded automotive dealership group
with responsibilities for managing the Central California
region.

In that capacity he managed a multi-million dollar
inventory and became one of Ford Motor Company’s
first certified Internet Coordinators.

Ron met his wife Cindy online in March of 2000.
They were married on the shores of Rhode Island in the
Summer of 2001 and at present, Ron and Cindy live on
70 wooded acres with a large pond in northwest Missouri.

Ron currently teaches 3 courses in Human Communication
at Missouri Western State University; is CEO of AOM
Development, LLC a holding company for approximately
1,000 internet domains that are generally clustered
around specific niche topic areas; and is a frequent
participant and, soon to be, presenter in international
Internet workshops and conferences.

Trip to Leyte and Cebu

This past week has been like a whirlwind
of travel, hopping from one island to
another - almost 1 island per day.

First, I flew to Tacloban, Leyte and took a
2-hour road trip to my childhood town of
Tabango, Leyte. My brother Benjo, the town
mayor picked me up from the airport and we
met some of my old friends and also new people.

Then, we rode a speedboat to the island of
Dawahon - my dream island. i'll share the pictures
in my next post.

Then we head off to the resort island of Malapasqua
to look at investment real estate properties. We
found an one-hectare property for sale as well as
a 1,300 square meter beach resort for sale.

Then we head off to Cebu for a press conference.

I'm now in Makati, the business capital of the Philippines
on the last day of our 10-day trade mission with the
Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

I've been back to my home country more than half a dozen
times since I came to America on August 8, 1988...
but I've never felt more welcome than this time...

We're treated like royalties & celebrities.

We were toured to a few of the most beautiful islands
in the Central part of the country.

We were met by business leaders, governors, mayors
and beauty queens and many other dignitaries...

We we're even warmly welcomed at the President's palace!

It's an incredible experience of a lifetime.

And tonight we bid farewell through a going away party given
by the Philippine Department of Tourism.

I'll be staying for another week to visit my childhood hometown
of Tabango in the provincial island of Leyte.

I'll be making an offer to buy the island of my dreams.

Then I'm off to the pristine paradise island of Malapasqua just
north of the provincial island Cebu, where Sheila grew up to
look at investment resort properties to buy and develop.

I've been dreaming about this for the last 14 years - the dream
of living the Internet Marketing Lifestyle running my business
from my own remote resort island while sipping pina coladas and
coconut juice and just taking it easy every day for the rest of
my life...

TARGET DATE is: March 27, 2012 - when I'm 45 years young

Although I've been an American citizen for a long time
now, I keep up with what's going on with Pinoy (nickname
